About me

I’ve been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 15 years and teaching for most of that time. What I enjoy most about coaching is helping people develop confidence on the mats, whether they’re preparing for competition or just looking to improve a little each week. My approach combines strong fundamentals with modern techniques, and I believe the best learning happens in an environment where people can train hard, ask questions, and enjoy the process. When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me on the mats getting rounds in with the team and continuing to learn myself.
