About this place

More than a gym. A way of life. Guarderia was born with the mission of reclaiming the essence of movement and life through Jiu-Jitsu. Beyond teaching techniques, we develop individuals connected to their own bodies, aware of their breathing, and mentally strong. We believe in movement as a universal language — a bridge between discipline, freedom, and self-knowledge. Guarderia doesn't just form practitioners. It forms a community. It forms a way of life.
