About this place
The only academy in Barcelona led by a woman, mother and IBJJF World Champion. Coragem offers detailed instruction and high-level technical training for all levels. The academy has a strong kids and youth program and a large women’s team, alongside adult classes designed for both recreational and competition-focused grapplers. Coragem Jiu-Jitsu stands out for its welcoming, friendly and family-oriented atmosphere, open to people of all backgrounds and experience levels.

A white gi is required for gi classes. For no-gi classes, a full black or ranked no-gi kit is required. The academy maintains a strict code of conduct on the mats. Parking nearby can be difficult, so public transport is recommended. The academy is well connected by several bus routes and Metro lines L3 and L5.
